These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our policies and your responsibilities when booking with Pinoy Tourism. Please read through this page to familiarize yourself with our T&Cs. 

Travel Policy for Passengers

  • Return Ticket: Passengers must present a valid return ticket within the issued Visa validity period. In any case of Airport and Immigration discretion, Pinoy Tourism L.L.C is not liable for any charges or compensation.
  • Accommodation: Passengers must have a confirmed hotel booking, tenancy, or accommodation address with a telephone number for their stay in the country of destination. In any case of Airport and Immigration discretion, Pinoy Tourism L.L.C is not liable for any charges or compensation.
  • Sufficient Funds: Passengers must have sufficient funds (cash, minimum of USD 500, or a credit card under their name) to cover their expenses during their stay in the country. In any case of Airport and Immigration discretion, Pinoy Tourism L.L.C is not liable for any charges or compensation.

General Guidelines:
  Additionally, the refund policy includes (but not limited to) the below mentioned general guidelines.
    ● Modification, cancellation, and refund requests require written notification from you.
    ● Transfers transactions are valid for the original passenger and payor only.
    ● Refunds are processed back to the original payor or passenger.
    ● Refund amounts returned using the original payment method.
    ● You are responsible for any incurred processing charges.
    ● All Refunds will be processed within 72 to 96 business hours upon confirmation from the relevant departments.
    ● A 15% refund fee is applicable to all eligible refunds, excluding cases of natural disasters.
    ● Claim refunds within 12 months of confirmation, or they will be forfeited.
    ● The refund policy is subject to modification without prior notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing top-notch travel products and services at Pinoy Tourism. Please ensure that your refund requests are complete. To begin the process, kindly scan the QR code below and fill out the refund form.

The policy is described as follows.

1. UAE Visa:
    1.1. All posted UAE visa applications are non-refundable.
    1.2. Corrections after 24 hours of order delivery are non-refundable.
    1.3. Unutilized visas are non-refundable.
2. Air Ticket
    2.1. Refund/rebooking/cancellation subject to airline terms.
    2.2. Modification charges will be applicable as per airline terms and will not be refunded.
    2.3. Air ticket modification charges are non-refundable.
    2.4. Refund penalties are your responsibility.
3. Holidays (In-Bound/Out-Bound):
    3.1. No refunds for rejected visas.
    3.2. No credit/refund for non-rebookable services/hotels.
    3.3. Hotel booking refunds based on partner/service provider returns.
4. Transfers and Transportation:
    4.1. No refunds for cancellations received within 24 hours of service execution for transfers and transportation services.
    4.2. 50% cancellation penalty applied if the request is received 24 hours or more prior to service execution.

Please Note:

  • Pinoy Tourism L.L.C service fee, handling fee and VAT/taxes are Non-Refundable.
  • Transfer transactions are valid for the Passenger and Payor only.
  • All company transactions are system generated. Any corrections or amendments in our official invoice/receipt MUST be requested within 24 hours upon receiving the copy.

Service-Specific T&Cs

UAE Visa & Visa Packages

  • Visa approval and processing time is 3 to 7 working days upon visa application. 
  • Visa approval is up to immigration solely. Visa application fees are non-refundable in all cases, including visa application rejection, visa delay in immigration security nor documents required. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C is not liable to any charges 
  • Overstay fines or Absconding cases are generated by the Immigration system. In case there is an overstay fine or absconding fee, it will be borne by the Customer/passenger.
  • Visa rates are fixed. Once a visa is applied, this is non-refundable.
  • If in case of No show at the airport, offloaded due to Immigration profiling, lack of supporting documents, discretion at the airport, health issues or due to any reason. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C, is not liable. Rebooking or flight amendments, penalties apply as per airline fare rules and it will be borne by the client. All flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice and with GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS. Any cancellation or amendment 24 hours before flight is subject to penalty charges and fare difference applies.
  • Present the vaccination certificate if necessary in any airport where passengers will be departing from and arriving to.
  • Any additional payment for amendment or upgrade of service that will be requested by the customer after confirmation will be borne by the client.
  • Air Ticket under Promo Fare or Group booking fare is non-refundable; hence, Visa Package will be automatically non-refundable.
  • Hotel room availability depends on the property only. Room hotel check in 14:00 and check out 12:00. Any request of early check-in or late check-out and bed configuration depends on the availability of the hotel.

Air Tickets

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice at the time of confirmation otherwise ticketed. In case of airfare difference, cost will be borne by the client.
  • Low-cost airline carriers such as Cebu Pacific, Air Asia, Wizzair, Vistara, Spice Jet, Indigo, Flydeal, Flynas, Flydubai, Air Arabia etc.; the ticket is book & buy. In case of airfare difference, cost will be borne by the client.
  • Ticket rebooking penalty is subject to airline fare rules. The new airfare, cost will be borne by the client
  • Ticket refunds will be subject to airline fare rules. In case of non- refundable the new airfare, cost will be borne by the client. Refund penalties are your responsibility.
  • All tickets under promotions such as Flash sale or Last-minute deal, Air fare is Subject to change anytime. In case of airfare difference, cost will be borne by the client.
  • All flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice and with GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS. Any cancellation or amendment 24 hours before flight is subject to penalty charges and fare difference applies.
  • Any additional payment for amendment or upgrade of service that will be requested by the customer after confirmation will be borne by the client.
  • Present the vaccination certificate if necessary in any airport where passengers will be departing from and arriving to. 
  • If in case of No show at the airport, offloaded due to Immigration profiling, discretion at the airport, health issues or due to any reason. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C, is not liable. Rebooking charges and penalties apply as per fare rules and will be borne by the client.
  • Air Ticket Promo Fare is non-refundable; hence, the ticket of Visit Visa Package will be automatically non-refundable.
  • In case the ticket is refundable and the customer decides to cancel the transactions with us, Pinoy Tourism L.L.C  will charge 15% of the total amount refunded by the airline. 
  • In case of Cancellations of the transactions after the invoice/receipt raised in our system even the services were not yet provided to the customer. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C  will charge 15% of the total booking amount applicable.

UAE Visa Change

Airport-to-Airport & Oman by Bus

  • Airport to Airport Visa change, Visa approval and processing time is minimum 24 hours and up to 48 hours upon getting the exit pass and visa application. It is not advisable to enter via Smart Gate without a visa copy. Please wait for the agent’s advice; otherwise, the visa will not be downloaded.
  • By bus visa change, Visa approval and processing time is minimum 24 hours to 48 hours upon getting the exit pass and visa application.
  • Visa approval is up to immigration solely. Visa application fees is non- refundable in all cases, including visa application rejection, visa delay in immigration due to security reasons or documents required. In case of overstaying at the airport or overstaying to the territory of destination, Pinoy Tourism L.L.C is not liable to any charges
  • Overstay fines or Absconding cases are Immigration system generated. In case there is a fine or absconding fee, it will be borne by the Customer/passenger.
  • If in case of no-show at the airport, offloaded due to Immigration profiling, lack of supporting documents, immigration discretion at the airport, travel ban, health issues or due to any reason. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C, is not liable. Rebooking or flight amendments, penalties apply as per airline fare rules and it will be borne by the client. All flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice and with GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS. Any cancellation or amendment 24 hours before flight is subject to penalty charges and fare difference applies.
  • Any additional payment for amendment or upgrade of service that will be requested by the customer after confirmation will be borne by the client.
  • Airport to Airport visa change ticket is non-refundable; hence, Visa Package will be automatically non-refundable.
  • Oman visa change is non-refundable; hence, Visa Package will be automatically non-refundable.
  • In case of Cancellations of the transactions after the invoice/receipt raised in our system even the services were not yet provided to the customer. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C will charge 15% of the total booking amount applicable.

Holiday Visa Change Packages

  • Check in at 14:00 and check out at 12:00. Any request of early check-in or late check-out and bed configuration depends on the availability of the hotel
  • All Fixed Departure or Group Bookings are non-refundable.
  • If in case of No show at the airport, offloaded due to Immigration profiling, discretion at the airport, health issues or due to any reason. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C, is not liable. Rebooking charges and penalties apply as per fare rules will be borne by the client.
  • Air fare is Subject to change anytime without prior notice.
  • All flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice and with GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS. Any cancellation or amendment 24 hours before flight is subject to penalty charges and fare difference.
  • Present the vaccination certificate, if necessary, in any airport where passengers will be departing from and arriving to. 
  • Any additional payment for amendment or upgrade of service that will be requested by the customer after confirmation will be borne by the client.
  • Air Ticket Promo Fare is non-refundable; hence, Holiday Package will automatically be non-refundable. 
  •  Visa approval and processing time is 3 to 7 working days upon visa application.
  • Visa rates are fixed. Once a visa is applied, this is non-refundable.
  • Visa approval is up to immigration and the embassy solely. Visa application fees are non-refundable in all cases, including visa application rejection, visa delay in immigration and embassy security nor documents required. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C is not liable to any charges
  • In case the ticket is refundable and the customer/passenger decides to cancel the transaction with us, Pinoy Tourism L.L.C will charge 15% of the total amount refunded by the airline. 
  • In case of Cancellations of the transactions after the invoice/receipt is raised in our system even the services were not yet provided to the customer. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C will charge 15% from the booking amount applicable.

Outbound Services

Holiday Packages

  • Hotel room availability depends on the property only. Room hotel check in 14:00 and check out 12:00. Any request of early check-in or late check-out and bed configuration depends on the availability of the hotel
  • All Fixed Departure or Group Bookings are non-refundable.
  • Travel Insurance once issued are non-refundable. No modifications can be done afterwards. New insurance payment must be borne by the customer/passenger
  • If in case of No show at the airport, offloaded due to Immigration profiling, discretion at the airport, health issues or due to any reason. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C, is not liable. Rebooking charges and penalties apply as per fare rules will be borne by the client.
  • Air fare is Subject to change anytime without prior notice.
  • All flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice and with GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS. Any cancellation or amendment 24 hours before flight is subject to penalty charges and fare difference.
  • Present the vaccination certificate, if necessary, in any airport where passengers will be departing from and arriving to. 
  • Any additional payment for amendment or upgrade of service that will be requested by the customer after confirmation will be borne by the client.
  • Air Ticket Promo Fare is non-refundable; hence, Holiday Package will automatically be non-refundable.

  • Tours itinerary may be re-arranged depending on traffic, queues and timings of each location. Rest assured that all tours as per the agreed itinerary will be served.

International Visa Assistance

  • GCC Countries such as UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman Visa approval and processing time is 7 to 10 working days upon visa application. 
  • Schengen, UK, US, Canada Countries Visa approval and processing time is 15 to 30 working days upon visa application and appearance.
  • All Asian Countries Visa approval and processing time is 7 to 10 working days upon visa application and appearance.
  • Philippine Visa approval and processing time is 10 to 15 working days upon visa application and appearance.
  • All CIS Countries Visa approval and processing time is 5 to 7 working days upon visa application and appearance.
  • All other Middle East & African countries Visa approval and processing time is 7 to 10 working days upon visa application and appearance.
  • Australia & New Zealand Visa approval and processing time is 15 to 30 working days upon visa application and appearance
  • International visa rates are fixed. Once a visa is applied, this is non-refundable.
  • International visa approval is up to the embassy solely. Visa application fees are non-refundable in all cases, including visa application rejection, visa delay in the embassy nor documents required. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C  is not liable to any charges 
  • In case of overstay fines or any illegal activities the customer will be involved after the visa is issued or when entering the territory of destination. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C  is not liable to any charges.
  • No show at the airport, offloaded due to Immigration profiling, lack of supporting documents, discretion at the airport, health issues or due to any reason. Pinoy Tourism L.L.C , is not liable. Rebooking or flight amendments, penalties apply as per airline fare rules and it will be borne by the client. All flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice and with GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS. Any cancellation or amendment 24 hours before flight is subject to penalty charges and fare difference applies.
  • Any additional payment for amendment or upgrade of service that will be requested by the customer after confirmation will be borne by the client.
