11. Cancellation Charges

If you cancel your reservation after Pinoy Tourism has sent you an invoice or receipt, you must pay a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the total amount of the reservation, regardless of whether or not you have used the service.

How to Cancel a Booking

To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact your Pinoy Tourism agent.

  3. Attach the invoice or receipt issued by Pinoy Tourism.
  4. Mention the reason for your cancellation request.

12. Refund Requests

  • Only the customer whose name is on the invoice/receipt will have their refund processed.
  • All invoices and receipts are generated through our system. If you notice any errors on your invoice or receipt, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.

13. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Service fees
  • Handling fees
  • Transaction fees
  • VAT and applicable taxes

International transaction fees may also apply where applicable and are non-refundable.

14. Refund Processing Time

  • If the item or service is already in use or has already been used, it may take 30 to 45 working days from approval of the refund request before the refund will be processed.
  • If the original item or service has not already been used, it may take 5 to 7 working days from approval of the refund request before any refunds can be processed to you. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
