  • 1. Schengen Visa Application Form
    • Fully completed in English or German
    • Signed and dated by the applicant (both parents must sign for minors under 18)
  • 2. Valid Passport
    • Minimum validity should be 3 months beyond the requested visa expiry date
    • Must be signed by the bearer
    • Not older than 10 years (issued within the last 10 years)
    • At least 2 blank visa pages
    • Photos securely affixed
    • Previous passport to be submitted if applicable
    • UAE Residence Permit must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended end of the journey
  • 3. Two Recent Biometric Passport Photographs (3.5 x 4.5 cm)
    • Not older than 6 months
    • Frontal view, face covering 70–80% of the photo (32–26mm)
    • Uniform white background
    • Clear facial features. Eyes not covered by hair or glasses frames
  • 4. Photocopies
    • 1 copy of the personal data page of the passport
    • 1 copy of the signature page (signed by holder)
    • 1 copy of the UAE residence permit
    • Copies of all previous Schengen visas (if applicable)
    • For GCC Nationals: Copy of a valid Emirates ID card
  • 5. Overseas Medical / Travel Insurance
    • Valid for the full duration of the visa and for all Schengen countries
    • Minimum coverage: €30,000, including repatriation
    • Credit card insurance is not accepted
    • Coverage conditions must appear on the insurance document or a separate confirmation letter
