If you choose to modify or cancel your trip, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. You can contact us either by email or by visiting our office in person, bringing along the original receipt/invoice provided by us.
We kindly request that you submit complete requests only. If you prefer to communicate via email, you can initiate the process by scanning the QR code provided and filling out the refund form.
The refund policy will apply depending on the service availed. The policy is described as follows:
UAE Visa
- We submit applications for the UAE Visa in accordance with the guidelines and policies set forth by the Immigration Authorities.
- The decision of Visa Approval rests solely with the Immigration.
- Once a Visa is posted, it becomes non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
- Any un-utilized visa is non-refundable in any case whatsoever.
- Any modifications needed on the visa copy (Date of Birth, Name, Passport Number etc.) must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving the visa copy.
- After the said time, we will deem it to be correct and will not be responsible for any cost of rectification.
Air Ticket
- Any modification, cancellation and refund request shall be executed only after we have received a written notification from you.
- The refund/rebooking shall be subject to airline terms and conditions relating to the issued ticket.
- In the event of Re-booking, you will solely be responsible for any rebooking penalty.
- Any modification in the air ticket (Name, Baggage, Flight Time, Meals etc.) can only be made on the same date of issuance free of charge.
- Any modifications afterwards will bear modification cost which shall be borne solely by you.
- Refund amount shall only be returned to you once received from the airline.
- The timeline on refund varies according to the airline terms and conditions.
- Refund penalty shall be borne only by you.
- If a flight is cancelled by the airline, we will try our best to find an alternative flight or booking date for you as per airline advice.
Holidays (In-Bound / Out-Bound)
- If your travel plans are affected by unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to find an alternative booking or trip.
- Our liability shall be limited to the cost of the booking made through us.
- No refunds shall be provided against rejected visas from the relevant Embassy/Consulate.
- No credit or refund shall be provided for any non-rebookable or non-refundable service or hotel.
- In case of a hotel booking, we will provide the refund amount returned to us by our partner or service provider.
Transfers and Transportation
- No refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the service execution.
- If the request is received 24 hours or more prior to the service execution, a cancellation penalty of 50% will be applied.
General Guidelines
- Certain services might have distinct or more stringent policies depending on the service provider.
- Transfer transactions will be valid solely for the original passenger in whose favor the product or service was issued.
- Refund proceeds will only be returned to the original payor or the passenger.
- Refund amounts will be returned through the original mode of payment.
- You will be responsible for any local or international charges incurred during the refund process.
- All refunds after confirmation from the relevant department will be processed within 72 to 96 business hours.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on airlines, hotels, banks, or government authorities.
- All refundable amounts will be subject to a standard refund processing fee.
- Refunds must be claimed within 12 months from the date of confirmation, otherwise they will be forfeited.
- Pinoy Tourism reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
- Pinoy Tourism shall not be liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control such as government restrictions, natural disasters, airline disruptions, or political situations.
