As you arrive at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, you are warmly welcomed by our representative who assists you with your private transfer to the hotel. You settle into your resort, soak in the tropical surroundings, and enjoy a relaxed evening with dinner at the hotel restaurant. Optional: In the afternoon, you can try a private undersea walk, where you stroll along the ocean floor and admire vibrant marine life up close.
After breakfast, you step aboard a private 47-foot catamaran and sail across the turquoise waters of Mauritius. You cruise for nearly six hours, stopping at beautiful lagoons and quiet coves where you can relax, swim, and enjoy the open sea. Optional: You may head toward the west coast to watch playful dolphins and snorkel over coral reefs filled with colourful fish.
Today, you explore Mauritius by private SUV, starting at La Citadel (Fort Adelaide), where sweeping views of the capital greet you. You then experience local life in Port Louis, wandering through the bustling central market and tasting Mauritian flavours. At Caudan Waterfront, you shop for souvenirs before visiting a historic sugar and rum distillery for tastings. The day ends peacefully at SSR Botanical Garden and the charming red-roofed church of Cap Malheureux.
After breakfast, you journey to Grand Bassin, a sacred crater lake surrounded by forested hills, where calm spiritual energy fills the air. You visit the towering Shiva statue at Mangal Mahadev Temple, then head into the lush Black River Gorges National Park, home to rare birds and native plants. Later, you marvel at the natural wonder of Chamarel Seven Coloured Earth before enjoying tastings and views at Rhumerie de Chamarel, nestled among sugarcane fields.
