Welcome to the Emerald City, named for its towering green forests. A mix of lakes and parks, a tech hub, and a foodie paradise, Seattle is full of sights awaiting your discovery. Relax after your arrival or explore before joining your Travel Director and fellow travellers for dinner this evening.

Day 2: Morning at the Market

Unlock the best of Seattle this morning visiting the historic landmark, Pike Place Market. Browse the stalls selling farm-fresh produce and fish right out of Puget Sound, perhaps taste-test local cherry preserves, and find your perfect souvenir. Next, enjoy an orientation tour led by your Travel Director, driving by the Space Needle built for the 1962 World’s Fair. Continue to Tacoma for lunch, followed by a visit to the Mount St. Helens Visitor Center to discover the stories behind the 1980 eruption.

Day 3: Portland, “The City of Roses”

Discover why Portland is dubbed “The City of Roses” on your visit to the International Rose Garden in Washington Park. Snap photos and inhale the fragrance of the colourful blooms. Continue to the Portland Women’s Forum State Scenic Viewpoint to capture views of the Columbia River Gorge, before heading to Multnomah Falls, Oregon’s tallest waterfall. Conclude the day back in Portland, where your evening is free, or you may choose to join a dinner cruise.

Get ready for a delicious experience at TMK Creamery, where you’ll tour the creamery to learn about cheese, ice cream, and “Cowcohol.” Continue to Terra Vina Wines, a multi-generation, family-owned vineyard in the northern Willamette Valley. Enjoy a vineyard tour, wine tasting, and a family-style lunch before continuing to the Oregon coast. Cap off the day at the iconic Yaquina Head Lighthouse before arriving in North Bend for the evening.

Your Pacific Northwest journey continues with scenic stops along the Oregon coast. Travel via the Beach Loop Drive in Bandon, taking in rocky spires, offshore formations, and sweeping views of the Pacific. Cross into California and drive along Newton B. Drury Scenic Parkway through Redwood National and State Parks, surrounded by ancient redwoods. End the day with a visit to Blue Ox Historic Village before dinner with your fellow travellers.

Day 6 : The Best of the Redwoods

Unlock California’s incredible scenery at Humboldt Redwoods State Park, home to the world’s largest expanse of ancient redwoods. Travel the famous Avenue of the Giants, a scenic route winding through towering forests. Later, make your way south to San Francisco, arriving in the city by the bay with a free evening to explore.

Fuel up for a full day in San Francisco. This afternoon is free to explore further, or you may choose to take a Bay Cruise. Conclude your day over dinner with your travel companions.
