Arrive at Kochi Airport and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy free time before meeting your Travel Director and fellow travellers for welcome appetisers. Arrival/Meet: Meet your Travel Director at 19:00.
Itinerary: Travel to Periyar National Park. Optional Nature Walk through the sanctuary. In the evening, enjoy a Kalarippayattu martial arts performance.
Visit Kumily Spice Garden to learn about Kerala’s spice heritage. Continue to Kumarakom for a village walking tour and market visit.
Optional early morning yoga session. Cruise through Kerala’s backwaters on a traditional houseboat, passing Alleppey before returning to Kumarakom for dinner.
Return to Kochi. Explore Fort Kochi, the Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church, and Chinese fishing nets. Enjoy a Be My Guest dinner and cooking demonstration with a local family.
